Half the homes we work in still have their original cast-iron stacks and galvanized lines — 60, 80, even 100 years old. They don't fail politely.
We replace them the right way: cast iron to PVC, galvanized to copper or PEX, one section or the whole house — with photos of everything before we close the walls.
And if a repair reveals a bathroom that's due, you already have the remodeling crew on site.
